Terms
Draft, last changed 3 November 2026. This has not been legally reviewed and may change before Hikewatch opens fully.
These terms cover your use of Hikewatch, run by Neon Atlas. Company number: [to add]. Address: [to add]. Contact: [email to add].
Early access
You can add tools and renewal dates now. Reminder emails, price checks and paid plans are still being built, so don't rely on Hikewatch to warn you about a bill yet. Features may change or stop while we build.
Your account
Keep access to your email or Google account secure, because it logs you in. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, and for using Hikewatch lawfully.
Dates and prices
Your vendor's contract decides when you renew and what you pay. Estimated dates are worked out from your billing period and can be wrong, so check them against your receipts. Hikewatch isn't financial or legal advice.
Price and payment
Free costs nothing, up to the limits shown in the app. Paid plans aren't open yet. When they open, Pro and Team are monthly subscriptions at the prices on our pricing section. Paddle sells them to you as our reseller and merchant of record, so Paddle takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipts, and its buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, then move to Free with your tools and dates kept. Refunds are covered on our refunds page.
Liability
We provide Hikewatch as it is, and we aren't responsible for renewals you miss or charges you pay. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't let us limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. We'll give notice before closing Hikewatch where we can.
Law
The law of England and Wales applies, and its courts deal with any dispute.
